Standard Ground Shipping
Most items will arrive within 2-5 business days. Due to the fact that there may be times when orders take a bit longer to process, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive.
Shipping is based on weight and ship to destination. Most orders will ship from our warehouse distribution center located in St. Louis, Missouri USA.
Offer not valid for NON-CONUS nor International customers.
The sales tax for a purchase is based upon the zip code where the merchandise is shipped. Sales taxes always apply to Missouri residents.

Yes, it is secure. Protecting your order information is our priority. PRASM Clothing makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Your browser and our secure server encrypt your confidential information during transmission, ensuring that your purchase stays private and protected.
PRASM Clothing welcomes international customers. PRASM Clothing will only ship to the registered billing addresses of ALL international customers. If an international customer elects PayPal as their form of payment, PRASM Clothing will only ship to PayPal confirmed ship to addresses.
International Customers: Please note, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your order.
International Delivery Times: Your shipping carrier will be determined at checkout. Delivery may take up to 18 business days (depending on the country in which you reside).
Return of Exchange of a Product
Product returns are acceptable within 14 days of delivery, and may be subject a restocking fee for select brands. Please note, for qualifying returns, the restocking fee may be up to 20%, and if the return is used or damaged, the restocking fee could be higher. The buyer is also responsible for returning items to our warehouse for return order processing.
Email Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. PRASM Clothing is not responsible for any product returned without an approved RMA #.
If you are returning your item(s) for exchange, please clearly state the alternate color, style or size that you require instead, and this information will be stored within the RMA details log.
As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS) using delivery confirmation. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries, nor third party billing for returned merchandise. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded for product that is not damaged or defective.
To ensure full credit, all products returned must be new with tags in-tact and packaging, and must have original UPC codes on the products & packaging, manuals intact and RMA Number provided on the return package shipment. If any of the above is not returned with the item, you may be subject to a 25% repackaging fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Once your package arrives, we will follow-up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA # was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 7 – 10 business days from product receipt at our warehouse for credit to be processed.
